Our Recruiting Process

Our process doesn’t involve endless rounds of interviews. We put great emphasis on making sure to make the most of the process. 

  • Step 1 - Your application to Nitrobox

    You can easily send us your application online via the link under the job description. Can't be bothered with a cover letter? No problem. Just send us your resume and/or a portfolio of work or the link to your LinkedIn profile.

  • Step 2 - Our remote get-to-know-you meeting

    We will arrange an appointment with you to get to know each other. A colleague from the department for which you have applied will ALWAYS be present at this first meeting. This gives you the opportunity to get all your questions about the role and, of course, about Nitrobox answered competently.

  • Step 3 - Your trial day with the team

    After the successful initial interview (step 2), there is a day of getting to know your potential new colleagues. You get a deep insight into your future department, get to know many team members and get a good impression of how we work and who we are.

  • Step 4 - Your employment contract

    If it suits both sides, the next step on the way to your new team is your employment contract. We'll make you a contract offer (taking into account any notice periods with your current employer if necessary) and prepare your onboarding as a new Nitrobox team member right away.
